Provide adapter between RMI tasks and blitz tasks.

Description

Currently the task framework (ome.util.tasks) only works against RMI/Java (not blitz). Some form of adaptor would be benefitial to prevent duplicating the task code. (It may be necessary to write a ServiceFactory facade for blitz using IceMethodInvoker).
