Dashboard landing page

Description
When a user logs into the websilo, unless they have requested a specific page, the landing page should be a dashboard displaying, in the first instance:
- List of datasets (silos) accessible by the logged in user
- Tail of the sorted, most recent auditlogs for those datasets, i.e. most recent activity across those datasets
