Make alias lookup functionality available through web UI

Description
Then alias lookup functionality is currently only available via a specific url and cannot be navigated to via the web UI.
The /websilo/alias-lookup/ page will be made available via the datasets submenu so that an alias lookup can be performed by navigating to datasets then clicking the alias option in the submenu.
