From the feedback gathered via qa see http://qa.openmicroscopy.org.uk/qa/feedback/4046/?token=97a3e226c0a51b130c32612616a987fd the following point was raised for the order of channel setting .
- In which order channels should be displayed (for instance in my case they got displayed by default in the order far red => blue, which is counter intuitive as usually it is instead blue => far red.

Perhaps turn this in to a story? We could then decide if it goes into 4.4 and therefore add it to the DB change list.

You may also have a look at Agilo extensions to the ticket.
This is more complicated than such a UI adjustment. We need to have the ability to do so in the DB and modify the indexes. We need to be careful with that.
