Currently, websilo only displays the silos for a single user. Fairly soon, we should do a cycle with Keith and Allison to see what collaboration workflows they foresee and start enabling them based on the OMERO security system.
It's unclear whether the administrators should be:
- system
- group owners (with one group per dataset??)
- some "POWERDATAUSER" role.
