PostgresqlSqlAction raise "potential jdbc error" in various places, but does not log the actual error. This would be a candidate for 4.3.x.

(In [b5e4b43b00057d8f30b8e36ec8a28fdeda5e3b69/ome.git]) Print full exception from SqlAction (Fix #7342)
Note: See
TracTickets for help on using
tickets.
You may also have a look at Agilo extensions to the ticket.
Note: I thought there was a ticket somewhere for a bootstrap jdbc.jar issue which I thought was the cause of this, but I can't find it now. Searching in git, the InternalException was added by Colin in 58600f7b9110c14ad3b8522d5336037419f88615. I'm going to refactor this so that it prints the real exception, but I'm a bit unsure at the moment of under what circumstances it happens, and so there are no tests.
