DB prep for movies

Description
For both playlists and make-lists some thought should be given to the initial db and imports. This should allow for new groups, users, projects, datasets etc. to be created as part of making some movies. It should also have enough richness (before or after the creations above?) to allow other movies to be made and to look real.

This is in part reflective for the work being done in #7765. I have attached a screenshot of the current file structure as it stand so that it would be movie ready, as it currently stands I think I am am missing some HCS data, and .svs(big image) data to cater for the movies. It would be helpful to quickly review the data setup under omero-scientist so as to make sure it fits with all that is required with the movies.

This in addition requires a requirement list to know what will be needed for squig and some indication of how the information will need to be setup and stored. If the images are going to be used in a more public context, we shall also need to know what images can be used in this way.
