Description
Given the web templates work a review of the web admin is required to asses and propose the scope of user interface changes.

All this work has subsequently been documented in #6241 web admin placeholder in the usability backlog given the work for this release (4.4) is first focused on the changes to the web template work the UI led changes can be put on hold until needed.
