Description
Some maps have different origin or XYZ order.
E.g. http://emdb.openmicroscopy.org.uk/webemdb/entry/1581/
when viewed in OAV is distorted
http://emdb.openmicroscopy.org.uk/webclient/open_astex_viewer/image_8bit/2428/
This either needs to be fixed at import or at image_as_map conversion?

No time to do this - not working on EMDB for now.

You may also have a look at Agilo extensions to the ticket.
Won't have time for 4.4 - Need to review the size of voxels too. This has been removed from the .map header (as written by def image_as_map() since this was causing the volume to appear very small in OAV for some images.
