Several people have run into issues when trying to use the Glencoe provided ice binaries without macports.

Added very small comment to ​https://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/support/omero4/server/installation Since the Ice 3.3 requirement is going away in I don't know how much more effort we need to put into it.
