Somewhere within the OmeroWeb or OmeroWeb/CreateApp we need instructions on how to extend the base templates we provide.
The details of this may need to be tweaked as we refine our templates, but the main instructions should be clear now.
The instructions will be backed up with examples in webtest.
- Overview of the different extension points (with screen-shots of webtest
- Extension of base_header.html, container3.html etc.
- How to remove various blocks. Which can be removed?
- How to include webclient components - E.g. see webclient/base/base_container.html
https://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/support/omero4/developers/Web/WritingTemplates.html has most of the above content, but is now out of date since a lot of templates have been changed, moved, UI updated etc.
Need to update docs & screenshots and see that they work with 4.4.x release.
