Description
As mentioned in OmeroBuild, Ivy would make dealing with our different versions easier, and in general simplify the build.

Changes began with r1684. And can be considered usable with r1710, though various fixes have been needed in various components. In general, it has vastly simplied things (especially hard-coded version numbers) though it still doesn't do everything we want. Suggestions are welcome. Closing.
