Description

Improve error handling when the thumbnail cannot be created for the imported images.

To test:

  • Select an image that will not generate a thumbnail (from omx)
  • the image will import but a message indicating that we can view it should be displayed.

Some images import correctly but
we cannot yet few them (e.g. OMX)
Improve error handling of such case (close #7695)
