Description
Move the tool bar to the General tab.
The tool bar will be specific to the selected object.

Change the location of the tool bar from
top to General pane. (close #7696)

If you click "refresh the selected tab" the data in the Acquisition and Preview tap is removed.
I cannot enter a description and save it.
