Description
If you try to launch the script dialog with an image selected by the dataset collapsed in the tree, the selection code fails and the url to the script dialog is followed (doesn't open in new window).

Fixed for when nothing is selected in tree. NB: this is on the 'activities_panel' branch, since adding this to develop would cause merge conflicts with activities_panel.
