There are two issues involved here. The ROI one I have no info on (currently). The rest of my comments are related to the ObjectNotExist for the handle itself.
Passing to J-M for investigation.

I have not been able to reproduce the problem reported several months ago. Closing for now I will re-open if the problem re-appears.
Running against latest sprint6-server branch.
