In the DB Pixels has a link "relatedto" pointing to other Pixels. This relationship is not in the Model.

Various difference related to the fact the image belongs to someone in OMERO.
In the Model an Image can have direct links to 0 or more MicrobeamManipulations. I do not see this linkage in the DB. It looks like you have to go through experiment.
