Initial work:

  • J-M: Read the specification jar and extract the xlst.
  • Andrew produced a catalog (xml) indicating the possible downgrade option
  • J-M write parser to parse and determine the possible options.

To avoid many changes, the downgrade is happening in the client. The logic will be probably be pushed to B-F at a later date.
New methods required in Exporter service too.
