The tabs that are shown on the right hand side are shown in a bullet point list. See screenshot attached

I see it all the time with safari, the message I have from the Safari activity window is
can’t open the page “data:”. The error is: “The operation couldn’t be completed. (kCFErrorDomainCFNetwork error -10.)” (kCFErrorDomainCFNetwork:-10)

Hmmm - Not seeing any problems on Safari either. Guess we can compare notes tomorrow...

Both of these are due to a failure of Javascript. Do you see this all the time? Or just sometimes? Be handy if there's some way to reproduce it since I don't see it myself just now.
