Move unit conversion out of readers

Description
I'm getting pretty tired of looking up foo -> µm conversions each time a reader turns out to use units other than µm for physical sizes. Various conversions are implemented in several readers already, so it would be neat to strip all of that logic out of the readers and put it into a utility class somewhere. loci.common.UnitTools? maybe?
