RFE: FileStitcher should group datasets with multiple files under certain conditions

Description
In some cases, a dataset will have multiple files but a single pixels file (e.g. Deltavision). In these cases, we want FileStitcher? to be able to stitch the pixels files, without disabling stitching because the dataset contains more than one file.
