Description

Following work done in #7705
Some institutions are planning to have several servers. Since some work needs to happen on the tree, add servers as a top nodes at the same time. The list of servers will be read from the client preferences (i.e. login screen approach) See http://www.pgadmin.org/visualtour12.php

Users are moving between institutions running omero e.g. Dundee, montpellier, it is important for those users to see all their data side by side and perform some actions on those images.
Moving data between server is probably a dream at that point in time but we certainly need to think about it.

discussion 22/02 (Will, Chris, Dom, J-M, Ola): Groups display and servers.
This is a follow-up of 21/02 group meeting:

Tree Display Group/Experimenter (similar to insight)
Private and only member, do not show the Experimenter as root of tree (only if in one group)
Show Group level when the user is a member of several groups.
Add multiple groups via Groups Selection dialog.
Add multiple experimenters via Experimenters Selection dialog.
Remove groups/experimenter from the display.
Server support (if/when) decision (assuming that we can handle different versions etc):
- we do not add a new layer.
- when the user wants to see data stored in a different server. They will have the ability to add groups to the list of the Groups Selection Dialog. UI to be decided, so that the display planned for 4.4 will not be modified.
