Description
See #6316. In discussion with Ola, the only thing left to do for guests was to test it with regard to the decorator branch. There was no PR to add the comment to, so I'm opening this ticket so we remember to test for guests.

Because we are getting more and more qa feedbacks guest related, I decided to check if user who is trying to log in is a member of guest group #8721. If you see any issues wit that please let me know.otherwise I will close this ticket
