Bundle lib/client jars with Matlab

Description
It's natural to assume that Matlab users would also want to use the ImportLibrary to get data into OMERO. All the jars under lib/client therefore should be shipped in the OMERO.matlab zip. Further, we will need to setup tests that use the library (or eventually the insight gateway) to test importing from matlab on every build.
