Description
Andrew tells me that the files I am placing under components/specification/Samples/Repository/MetadataOnly/ should validate, which means I need to edit the output of
java -Xmx512m loci.formats.tools.ImageInfo -nopix -omexml-only -no-sas -xmlspaces 4 /Users/will/Documents/biology-data/Image.lif
replacing:
<BinData xmlns="http://www.openmicroscopy.org/Schemas/BinaryFile/2011-06" BigEndian="false" Length="0"/>
with:
<MetadataOnly/>
Does it make sense to have this as an option (or even default behaviour with the -nopix or -omexml-only flag?
