Description

We need various cancellations points.

  • B-F import candidates.
  • Cancel upload of files
  • Define strategy, when some files have already been uploaded.Some files might already been locked.

Some points should be considered as part of 4.4.

Notes from meeting of 7th March 2012 from devteam: 14:59:04 jburel: notes FS-cancel meeting:

B-F:

  • Import candidate: set Id and getUsed are used.
  • insert after each set id for now. If too slow, we could go deeper.

Uploading to server:

  • cancel after upload
  • cancel by block
  • cancel by file by file.
  • Result of cancel: cleaning. Windows could be an issue.


Metadata only import:

  • colin checks where we can add some cancel points.
