Import file with same path / Reimport FS

Description
The current implementation creates a new folder name-1.
I am not really convinced that what people will expect.
We should
- return and indicate an event indicating that the file already exists
- Offer the option to user to replace the file on disk or rename the file.

But keep in mind that with the current strategy (i.e. the default template), this behavior would depend on what day one was importing on. This would also be confusing.
