Update build instructions for BF-CPP

Description
The Bio-Formats C++ bindings have build instructions posted on the FARSIGHT website but they are out of date. The build is now performed using Maven + CMake rather than Ant + CMake, and all online instructions need to be updated to reflect this.

You may also have a look at Agilo extensions to the ticket.
Having the BF-CPP instructions on the FARSIGHT site no longer makes sense, because FARSIGHT uses ITK which uses BF-ITK, which no longer uses BF-CPP anyway. So we should update the docs only on the OM.org site, and update the FARSIGHT docs to reflect the latest BF-ITK status once it is resolved. See #8203 for details.
