Support multi-position Micro-Manager data

Description
Multi-position Micro-Manager datasets are spread across multiple subdirectories:
my amazing experiment/1-Pos_000_000/metadata.txt my amazing experiment/1-Pos_000_000/img_000000000_Green_000.tif my amazing experiment/1-Pos_000_001/metadata.txt my amazing experiment/1-Pos_000_001/img_000000000_Green_000.tif
It would be nice if a user could pick one of those files, and have all positions automatically detected.
