Handle many-to-many

After the discussion between Jean-Marie, Josh, Andrew and Chris it was decided that Andrew would further <xsd:appinfo> work and explicitly declare the many-to-many relationships that existing the OME data model. XsdFu needs to be modified in order to pick up the <xsd:appinfo> many-to-many data and to use it in the templates.
