Description

In moving up and down through data in the left hand panel with the hotkeys work implemented in #8076.
The drawback is you can quickly lose where you are with the hotkey navigation given the amount of data you can move through in the tree.

To avoid this the hotkeys would need to be responsive to the hot key navigation.
