Allow a cancel after each setId

Description
While getting import candidates it should be possible to cancel the import process after each setId

Meeting notes added to Story.
In the first instance the cancel points will be outside BF, between calls. It may be worth Mark being aware of a possible future need for finer-grained cancel points with BF calls.

Before uploading files this should be handled by the client.

Adding check point in client. If the cancel happens after upload and before start "import", we need to clean up using the delete files method.

removing uploaded files when cancelling the import.
The metadata import has not started yet.

Were there any notes from the discussion? This seems like it will be a substantial effort, including modifying every reader, no? Perhaps something to discuss with Mark re: scifio.
