Description

Use ​http://hudson.openmicroscopy.org.uk/job/OMERO-merge-blue/94/

  • Grab the OMERO.insight-ij build and NOT the OMERO.imagej one.
  • Unzip and drop it in the plugins folder of ImageJ.
  • You still need to have loci_tools already in plugins too.
  • insight should start as an imageJ plugin.
  • right-click on an image, you should have the option to view the image usual way or in imageJ
  • Select to view the image in imageJ
  • The loci-viewer will be opened offering various options.
