Description

http://qa.openmicroscopy.org.uk/qa/feedback/4244/

Comment: I'm (still) working on my datasets containing fairly large numbers of very large images, but only some of the images are good enough to be analysed and have ROIs in them. The number of images is too large to complete work over one sitting and I often need to pick up from where I left or I create figures some time after making ROIs.

To find out which images have ROIs I need to open each one and than go to the ROI toolbox. The images load for considerable time with a large strain on the memory available for insight, causing a need for restarting the programme every now and again. On top of that the ROI toolbox on Win machines can take a while to open. It would be very useful if it was possible to search for images that have ROIs associated with them, or to be able to use the 'filter' in the thumbnail panel for images with or without ROIs (as you can do for tags etc).

Cheers,
Adam.
