Using FF
While testing PR https://github.com/openmicroscopy/openmicroscopy/pull/126
First time I click on show ROI nothing happens, I need to click a second time before the dialog shows up.

Instead of showing nothing while ROIs load, we now display the ROI popup with an "ROIs Loading..." message. This should make showing ROIs feel a bit more responsive.
