As the continuation #782 login process should be able to send to the user new password, when user set his username and email and both of them are correct. Expire date should be set as a short time value (approximately 24h).

IAdmin should contain:

boolean isOmenameWithEmail(String username, String password);

IEmail should provide sending email. On the email should be set link to the form where user can set new password with confirmation.
