Remove removeGroupFromContext()

Description
Nicer to handle the hiding of "user" group by other methods, without editing the conn._ctx since this will change the result of conn.getEventContext().
E.g. this is already handled by conn.getGroupsMemberOf()
Need to be sure that this does not expose the "user" group anywhere it shouldn't apprear in webclient, webadmin etc.

Removing this method doesn't affect display of member groups anywhere as far as I can see.
