Remove BF-CPP and BF-ITK binary builds

Description
Remove the binary builds linked from the Bio-Formats Downloads page, and update the BF-CPP and BF-ITK documentation accordingly.
The problem is that the binary builds only work for the exact versions of dependent libraries they linked against. And people have too much variation in what they have installed, etc. So often people complain that the binary builds don't work.
So if we were to continue offering them, we would need to be clearer what about e.g. "32-bit Linux" means, including version numbers of all dependent libraries used in the build.
It is simpler to simply remove the binary builds completely and change the documentation to explain that it is necessary to compile from source. This fits the C++ paradigm of compiling all one's dependencies yourself.
