Description
There are several new (and pre-4.4) settings for web that need documenting for admins. Current page for this is https://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/support/omero4/server/install_web
Need to make sure this covers all settings in settings.py that we want people to know about.

Since static files settings are covered by #7274, others include:
Probably add ping interval to web install pages. Others maybe should go in trac, since they are more development settings? (unless we think that these are deployment settings?)???
