Tablesorter not working

Description
Tablesorter on all tables doesn't work. Not sure if this is a javascript or CSS issue. It could very well do that a lot of the file paths need to be explicitly defined in IE.

The table view in the center panel has been completely re-written since this ticket was created. Working fine in IE8 now.
