Description
Have to retrieve thumbnail for a person who is not the currently logged in user.
Need to do
ThumbnailStore service = getThumbService(); service.setContext(pixelsID, userID)
instead of
service.setPixelsId(pixelsID)

Having both will be better
b/c most of the time a client will have the pixelsID and the userID in hand.
