"Did you submitted any feedback before and you cannot see list of your feedbacks? Sign Up for OMERO.qa or login!"
Should probably be written something like:
"Did you submit any feedback before, and you cannot view your feedback? Sign up for OMERO.qa or log in!"
Or without the question:
"If you cannot view feedback you previously submitted, sign up for OMERO.qa then log in."
