Bug: Ambiguous behaviour in choose attachments dialogue

Description
In the "choose attachments" dialogue, there are two parts, a file selector and a list of attachments below it. If an attachment is selected in the bottom list, it's highlighted. If a file is then chosen using the file selector, the bottom entry remains selected. While the file attachment is uploaded, because the selection in the bottom list remains highlighted, the action of the "accept" button in this situation is ambiguous due to two possibilities being present.
