Description
When browsing through tagged data elements, the metadata pane for tags, datasets and projects is missing an "Add Description" default text. There is an icon for editing, but the user doesn't know what he is editing.

You may also have a look at Agilo extensions to the ticket.
It makes more sense to use built-in template tag default rather then default_if_none.
