Launched full viewer. Enabled line plot and split channel view. After a couple of clicks with the cross pointer, jQuery becomes unresponsive.

The line plot should not be available in split channel view. I couldn't make the line plot appear there so I'm assuming that was the underlying bug and it got fixed along the way, but if you can reproduce that part of the bug please pass it back to me with a step by step description on how to get it.

Carlos, thanks for investigating. The theory here is that when I hit this particular bug, the JavaScript? engine was malfunctioning (probably due to another script error that happened before) and allowed me to enable a line plot on split view. I'll try testing again, but if I fail to reproduce, we can close this as a one off browser anomaly.

Managed to reproduce it. Attached a movie of how I did it. Involves a decent number of mouse clicks. Platform: OS X 10.6.8, Firefox 13.0.1. No peculiar add-ons enabled.
