Strategy is now the following:

  • if the image was archived (i.e. archived flag on) the original image is returned.
  • if not archived, then an ome-tiff is returned.

Such change is required to handle the new fs-import.

You cannot download the 'Original' image unless you archived it when you imported it. Insight allows you to export images as OME-TIFF from a similar download button, which we don't support in web. In web, you can still run "Batch Image Export" script and choose OME-TIFF as the format. Putting this functionality into a single button in web is low priority right now.

  • Sprint set to 2012-10-23 (1)

We need a single-click to run Batch Image Export with ome-tiff - maybe with a confirm dialog to explain what's going to happen.

When script completes (and attaches ome-tiff to image) we might want to offer a "download and delete" option.
Also when we click the "Download OME-TIFF" button, we should probably check to see if there's an ome-tiff already attached to the image.

Also moved the 'Archived Files' download button into the
same dropdown menu, and added a JPEG option (same as Insight).
