Resurrect could also be used to "resurrect" from one DB to another.

Description
This would be useful for moving from, e.g., Postgres to Oracle. Since the source classes are as the target classes, only a single identity transformation would be needed. It would also be useful for the likes of #5 and #48, i.e. setting up test databases even on other platforms without needing a Postgres dump.
We probably could generalize the logic of source->target (and in fact there are libraries for this sort of thing) if this and similar tickets become serious requirements.
