Description

Under Mac OS X with homebrew installed, deploying a server should consist of three commands:

brew tap ome/alt
brew install omero
omero admin start

Other ideas:

use skip_link to prevent warnings
wrap Ice into a pip-installable package

(In [b6e31663efd6d0130b4271839b3efd32004b1eeb/ome.git] on branch develop) homebrew improvements to match new formula (See #8810)

openmicroscopy/homebrew-alt#1 changed the name of the
omero formula from "omero43" to "omero". This updates
the read with that change as well as fixes some small
issues and includes platform information for OSX 10.5
