Description

hang-tag-ugly.png Deletion of other users tag did not complete. User-2's tag "Ugly" being deleted by user-3. Tag was not deleted. The "unlinking" of individual tags from individual images does work.

if the tag is used by other it will not be deleted only unlinked.
