Description
I could make a dataset "CannotMakeHere?" where I should not. It was linked bellow user-2 project as well as my own (user-3)
Mkae by selecting project and using toolbar icon

Still allowed to make dataset using toolbar. The dataset ends up only under user-3 (not the selected user-2 project) so different behaviour not not what is expected - ajp

this looks more like a RFE, the dataset is not created user-2 but under your account
that the behaviour when selecting from tool bar.
if the dataset was created under user2 that will be more problematic.
We had long discussions about the actions when the tool bar. It used to behave exactly as you described, but after feedback we decided to change to what it is now.
